One change on your side. Calling starts on day five.

How it works

No software to install, no login, no dashboard, no API and no integration with your systems. Here is the whole thing.

What a call actually sounds like.

Or skip the reading and talk to it yourself.

Talk to the agent instead

Same system, pointed at explaining itself rather than at your customers.

You'll be speaking with an AI, not a person. It can't give advice or quote prices. Uses your microphone; nothing is stored.

Sample call — inbound inquiry, 9pm

Agent
Good evening — I'm calling from Harbor & Main about the enquiry you sent through a few minutes ago. Is now an alright moment?
Caller
Oh — that was fast. Yes, go ahead.
Agent
I should say I'm an automated assistant, not one of the team. I can't quote or advise, but I can get the right person to call you. Can I check what you were looking for?
Caller
Cover for a second van. What's that going to cost me?
Agent
That's exactly what Marcus will go through with you — pricing isn't something I can touch. He has tomorrow at 9, or Thursday at 4:30.
Caller
Thursday, but later if you have it.
Agent
I have 5:15 as well. Would that suit you better?
Caller
That works.
Agent
Booked. You'll get a calendar invite from Harbor & Main in the next few minutes. If you'd rather speak to someone tonight, I can put you through now.

Illustrative script, not a recording of a real customer call.

When we call.

Inquiries: within minutes, whenever they arrive. Renewals: business hours, evenings and weekends — always inside legal calling windows for the customer's own time zone, at the cadence and retry limits agreed with you. Evenings and weekends are where the pickup rate lives, and they're the hardest shift to staff with people.

How results reach you, and how we count them.

Appointments arrive as ordinary calendar invites, each with a short summary of what was said. Answers arrive as a simple weekly list. At the end of each week you confirm which appointments were held — through a read-only calendar share or a single-click confirmation, whichever you prefer. That shared record is what your invoice is built from, so there's never a reconciliation argument at month end.
