What counts as successful.
Success isn't one thing, because a renewal sweep across thousands of small accounts and a callback on a commercial inquiry aren't the same job. Three tiers, agreed with you before we dial:
A held appointment
Your team and the customer actually met, or a live warm transfer was accepted. The highest fee, and the one most inbound work is billed on.
A definitive answer
The right person was reached and gave a clear outcome — staying, leaving, shopping, or wants a call from a person. On high-volume books this is the product.
A confirmed reach with a recorded reason
The right person was reached, the reason was captured, and nothing further was wanted. Billed lowest, because it still removes an account from your unknowns.
What is never billable.
- A dial that didn't connect
- A voicemail
- A wrong number or a disconnected line
- Reaching someone who isn't the right person
- An appointment that was booked but not held
- A call the customer ended before it began
- Any call where our system failed
Two limits that make your invoice predictable.
One success per account, per cycle.
However many times we have to call an account to get there, you're billed once. Your maximum possible invoice is your account count times the fee — you can work it out before we start.
A monthly ceiling you set.
Agree a cap for the month. We stop when we reach it. Nobody gets a surprise invoice because a campaign went better than planned.
Why we won't put a number on this page.
The fee depends on which tier you're billed on, the kind of account, and how much cleaning your list needs — and a number here without that context would be misleading in both directions. We set it after a short conversation about your book, in writing, before anything is dialled.
Compare it to what you're protecting rather than to an hourly rate. On a call we'll run the arithmetic on your own numbers, not on an example.
Or run it yourself →If the call didn't reach the right person, it isn't on your invoice.
That's not a promise we could break — it's how the invoice is calculated.
Pilot: if we don't beat your own baseline on the accounts we called, the pilot is free.
Who we don't work with.
You need either inquiries you're paying to generate and can't answer around the clock, or a book of renewing contracts — with enough volume entering the window each month to be worth running. If that's not you, we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a pilot that can't work.
Before you book anything — hear what your customers would hear.
One click. Ask it about pricing directly if you want to; it answers the same way we would.
You'll be speaking with an AI, not a person. It can't give advice or quote prices. Uses your microphone; nothing is stored.
